How does your exam service work? How is it provided?
A: We will install a piece of software on your computer, and then provide the service using one of two methods:
- Method 1: Our instructor will remotely control your computer to answer the questions for you. You only need to sit in front of the computer and pretend to be taking the exam.
- Method 2: The instructor will use the software to display the answers one by one on your screen, and you will enter them yourself.
Which method is used depends on the restrictions of the exam software and the exam format. We will recommend the most suitable method for you.

- Memory: 16GB RAM
Does this mean all the data on my computer will be exposed? Can you freely access my files?
A: We don’t want to lie to you—yes, technically we do have that ability.
Once the software is installed and connected to the internet, we can view and remotely control your computer.
If you’re concerned about data security, we suggest:
- Use a spare computer that doesn’t contain important files.
- Avoid staying connected to the internet outside of exam times.
- If we do access your files, you will definitely notice it.
Please trust us: we will not do meaningless and self-destructive things. We don’t rely on one-time deals to make money; instead, we want to build trust, develop long-term cooperation with clients, and gain referrals.
How can you guarantee that you won't blackmail me for more money afterwards?

- Our pricing already includes a reasonable profit margin. We know that smart businesspeople pursue sustainable profit—extorting customers only causes relationships to break and results in losses for both sides.
- We operate as a branded institution with promotion across multiple platforms. If negative reports appear, what we lose are potential clients and our reputation—something we absolutely want to avoid.
Our philosophy is to treat customers like friends and provide a satisfying experience. This way, when you need us again in the future, you’ll come back to us, or even recommend us to others.
Isn't your service advertised as "Pay After Exam"? Why do I still need to pay $50 upfront?
A: “Pay After Exam”means you place the money in Taobao’s escrow system. After the exam is completed, we will then “deliver.” Only when you confirm receipt will the money be released to us.
It does not literally mean: “we help you take the exam first without receiving a single cent.”
If you are not familiar with Taobao or cannot use Taobao’s escrow service, you must pay a deposit of USD 50. After the exam is completed and the score is passed, you then pay the remaining balance.
We have tried accepting no upfront payment before,but this led to too many cases of harassment from competitors or students canceling at the last minute, causing a huge waste of resources and time.
Therefore, our policy is: if you cannot use Taobao for the transaction, you must pay a USD 50 deposit.
Special Reminder: If you are from India, you are required to pay the full fee upfront in one transaction, or use Taobao’s escrow system. No other arrangements will be accepted.
Your website shows many reviews and ratings, but why can’t I find them?
A: Some of the reviews and ratings on the site are artificially generated to boost search ranking and appearance, but some are genuine customer feedback.
For information security reasons, we have hidden all reviews from public display. So it’s normal that you cannot see them now.
What if I just run away after the exam and refuse to pay the remaining balance?
A: Honestly, that is something we worry about. But we are still willing to trust our clients.
We are a long-term business, so we can afford to lose a small percentage to the occasional non-payer.
Of course, we don’t want this to happen. If you face difficulties or need more time to prepare the payment, please talk to us in advance. We prefer to resolve issues through communication rather than unpleasant means.
Can I really pay only after the exam is fully completed?
A: Yes, but only if you provide the following information as a trust guarantee:
- A photo of your ID card;
- Your home address;
- Contact information of your parents or friends.
We are willing to trust you to the highest degree, but we also expect the same level of trust in return.
What payment methods do you support?
A: We support:
- Preferred: Taobao escrow;
- Alipay;
- WeChat;
- If the above are not possible, cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, USDT).
Why are your fees so expensive?
A: Pricing is relative. Our fees are reasonably set based on the following operating costs:
- Technical costs: We have industry-leading technical experts. As soon as exam software is updated, our teachers immediately study and crack it—so we must pay them well.
- Marketing costs: We advertise across multiple platforms, covering ad fees and staff salaries.
- Instructor costs: Our answering instructors are mostly PhD students or graduates with corporate or academic backgrounds. They require competitive pay.
- Support staff costs: Customer service, coordinators, finance staff, etc., also need stable salaries.
Can your price be lowered? Is negotiation possible?
A: No. Our prices are based on past transaction history for similar exams.
If there’s no historical data, our staff consults directly with instructors. We also study competitors’ prices and adjust accordingly while maintaining profit margins.
Therefore, we have a fixed-price, non-negotiable policy. We do not inflate quotes, nor do we bargain down.
What if I fail the exam or don't get the required score?
A: It depends:
- If you cause the failure (personal reasons), the deposit is non-refundable, but no further payment is required.
- If we cause the failure (technical errors or instructor mistakes), the deposit will be refunded and no remaining balance will be collected.
How can I avoid getting scammed?
A: Please pay attention to these points:
- If someone asks you to transfer half or all of the fee directly to a personal account before the exam, they are very likely scammers.
- If someone offers an abnormally low price, they may be collecting evidence to blackmail you later.
Remember: There’s no free lunch in this world. If the price sounds too good to be true, it’s almost always risky.
Can I purchase just your software without the service?
A: Normally, we do not sell the software alone. Reasons:
- The interface is in Chinese, which is unfriendly to non-Chinese users.
- There are many exam details and operations to manage. If the instructor doesn’t know how to use the software properly, mistakes may happen, leading to detection.
However, if you can read Chinese and our instructor is willing to adapt, we may consider selling the software separately on a case-by-case basis.
Is your service legal? Aren't you afraid of being sued or going to jail?
A: We won’t sugarcoat it—our service is not legal in most countries. It violates educational fairness and academic integrity.
That said, we strictly comply with the laws of the regions we operate in. For example, we do not accept exams from mainland China.
We also take precautions:
- Paying all participants well to avoid conflicts of interest;
- Keeping prices high to reduce the spread of the service and avoid unwanted attention;
- Encouraging students to make efforts themselves and pass independently if possible.
Can I join your team as a part-time instructor?
A: Absolutely. Requirements:
- You must be a current or graduated PhD student;
- Provide proof of your degree or qualification when contacting customer service;
- Exceptionally skilled individuals may be considered even without a PhD.
Note: Instructor payments are issued after the student receives their results, not immediately after the exam.
